Before You Visit

A shower before you come is always appreciated, though there are towels at the studio if that's not possible. Try to avoid a heavy meal in the hour before, and put your phone on silent when you arrive.

If you have injuries or health conditions, or anywhere you'd like me to work around, just mention it when you call or when you get here. I'd rather know in advance.

If it's your first visit, I take a few minutes at the start to go through what you're looking for. There's no rush. I won't begin until you feel ready.

If I don't pick up, I'm probably with someone. Try again in a little while — I'm usually free within the hour.
